Pliki css można od bólu edytować w Notatniku. Troche to uciążliwe ale wykonalne. Jak chcesz zmienić np: tylko tło - wystarczy jakikolwiek edytor.

1. Gdzie trzeba z edytować żeby zmienić tło w działach (tak jak na forum http://www.traod.fora.pl/ są te takie choćby kwiaty)
2. W którym miejscu zmienić ogólne tło, tak jak np. na tym forum jest szare.
3. Gdzie zmienić ikony "Nowe posty" "Brak nowych postów" "Forum zablokowane"
4. Gdzie zmienić kolor, żeby wszędzie zamiast czerwonego koloru był niebieski...

zaczynasz mnie denerwować bo nie korzystasz z tego co jest Ci podane na tacy.

mówię po raz kolejny, że tam znajdziesz odpowiedzi która komenda odpowiada za dany element 
od razu tylko powiem, że 3 punktu nie da się wogóle a 4 musiałbyś zmieniać w wielu wielu miejscach.

Głupie pytanie, ale jednak: jak mogę umieścić gotowy plik zapisany na moim komputerze na forum?
Mam ściągnięty program, o którym pisał ktoś wyżej. Wszystko już zrobione. Więc jak to umieścić na forum?

hostujesz nowy plik .css na dowlnym serwerze (polecam fileden.com).
po wrzuceniu go do sieci kopiujesz bezpośredni link do niego, który będzie się kończył właśnie formatem pliku czyli .css
następnie wchodzisz w PA-->Ogólne-->Konfiguacja i w polu "Zewnętrzny plik .css" wklejasz skopiowany wcześniej bezpośredni link.

Niestety to ja coś źle zrobiłam. Chciałam wkleić obrazek w tabelkach, tj. tak, jak np. na tym forum: w ww.traod.fora. pl
Udało mi się jedynie wkleić obrazek gdzieś w tle, za tabelkami: w ww.mojatestownia.fora. pl
Starałam się dokładnie stosować do instrukcji w tym temacie, czytałam podane wcześniej strony.
Gdzie dokładnie w css powinnam wkleić obrazek?

Wiedziałam, że nie powiedziałam tego dość jasno Chodziło mi o to, żeby ten kwiecisty wzorek (tudzież obrazek) był widoczny również w działach (tam, gdzie te bannerki). Tak, jak na tym forum przykładowym, które ktoś dał wyżej.
Na tą chwilę obrazek jest jedynie widoczny gdzieś w tle, za logiem (trzeba się przyjrzeć)

OK, poradziłam sobie
Teraz pytanie z innej beczki: Jaki jest kod CSS. do stylu "deox"? Wiem, że Rafał wcześniej mówił, że cały uzyskany kod się gdzieś ucina, i dopiero wtedy można zacząć zmieniać. Problem jest taki, że CSS. tego stylu jest zupełnie inny (moim zdaniem) od CSS stylu AdInfinitum, i nie mam pojęcia, gdzie go uciąć.
CSS. stylu AdInfinitum podał ktoś wcześniej, a CSS stylu Deox(green) jest przecież na tym forum.
