Admins are not allowed to ban self. Also mods.
But they can ban other admins or mods.
Little suggestion: be careful with writing in english here.
Mods could take you as a spam-bot

Sorry I can't write Polish and even barely understand. I can write Czech, if you think it will be better. 
So, it seems that my friend is extremly smart, because she has been able to ban herself, as one and only admin, of her own forum.

After deeper thinking I must say it is possible. Imagine something like that: you are an admin and your host is e.g. 214.122.3.4.czechnet.com (it's only an example). And now: in panel of administration in section BANS you type this host (*.czechnet.com), click SAVE, and... you can't enter the forum.
But this is only a hypothesis. I'd rather not try
Solution: tell your friend to try to enter administration panel via this link:

Oh sorry, it's a little misunderstanding. I just try what djdeaka was suggesting before. I have not written to admin yet. So I hope that passing of my credentials won't be necessary. It's still my friend's account.
